Google更新出包：Google Map上的定位Widget消失

在昨晚Google Play上的Google Map更新了

而且還多了許多簡體字

重點是更新完之後 原本桌面上的定位Widget就消失了

小弟可是都這樣知道家人的動態

不論是刻意移除這個功能 還是不小心的意外

這種重大變更完全沒有公告 希望Google早日解決

Android開發者請注意：Google Play 開發者條約調整

Hello Google Play Developer,

We are constantly striving to make Google Play a great community for developers and consumers. This requires us to update our policies when we launch new features, like subscription billing, and also when we see unhealthy behavior, like deceptive app names and spammy notifications. This email is to notify you that we’ve made some changes to our policies which are highlighted below.

- We’ve added clearer details to the payment policy, and guidelines on how we will handle cancellations in our new subscription billing feature
- We are restricting the use of names or icons confusingly similar to existing system apps in order to reduce user confusion
- We are providing more detail on the kinds of dangerous products that are not allowed on Google Play. For example, apps that disclose personal information without authorization are not allowed.
- We are giving more examples of practices that violate the spam policy.

Additionally, we are adding a new section that addresses ad behavior in apps. First, we make it clear that ads in your app must follow the same rules as the app itself. Also, it is important to us that ads don’t negatively affect the experience by deceiving consumers or using disruptive behavior such as obstructing access to apps and interfering with other ads.

Please take a look at the Google Play Developer Program Policy at http://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy.html to see all the changes and make sure your app complies with our updated policies.

Any new apps or app updates published after this notification will be immediately subject to the latest version of the Program Policy.  If you find any existing apps in your catalog that don’t comply, we ask you to fix and republish the application within 30 calendar days of receiving this email.  After this period, existing applications discovered to be in violation may be subject to warning or removal from Google Play.

威脅Skype! Google進軍網絡電話市場 本週起美國用戶免費撥打本地通話(HKEPC)

Google 26 日宣佈正式推出網路電話服務，美國用戶可由本週起至年底，透過擁有的 Gmail 帳戶免費撥打本地市話及行動電話，而撥打其他國家則從每分鐘 0.02 美元起跳，接收通話則不收取費用，同時， Google 亦表示如成績理想，將考慮把網路電話服務拓展至國際與企業用戶市場。

由 於網絡電話收費遠低於 IDD 通話，令全球不少用家也會使用網絡電話服務，如 Skype 在去年年中便已累積 5.6 億註冊用戶，其中 Google 宣佈正式進軍網絡電話市場，其於本週起為美國用戶提供服務，而且更提供廉價服務費搶佔市場，據 Google 表示，在今年底以前，打往美加地區的電話將不會收取費用，打往其他國家則從每分鐘 0.02 美元起跳，由於收費吸引，據業者表示將直接影響 Skype 。

據調查機構 Gartner 網路分析師 Ray Valdes 表示，面對 Google 推出廉價網絡電話服務，而且 Google 在技術上與財務上都擁有龐大資源，將可能為 Skype 帶來不利影響，其中亦會為即將進行的首度公開上市籌募至少 1 億美元資金的計劃增添變數。

據瞭解， Skype 曾對外表示其網絡電話服務在全球中擁有超過 800 萬名付費用戶， 2010 年上半年並錄得 4 億美元營收，而且據 Ray Valdes 指出， Skype 的用戶極為忠誠，因此 Skye 在短期內影響不會太大。不過據 Cowen & Co. 分析師指， Google 網路電話服務可強化 Google 的企業軟體 Google Apps ，對於中、小企業用戶來說，將有一定吸引力。

外界一直誤傳 Google 將會自行推出手機，其目標將會是與 I-Phone 競爭，終於 Google 正式宣佈其真正的「 Google 手機」計劃，原來它並不是一個硬體，而是一個真正開放、功能齊全的手機作業系統，代號為 Android 平台，預計 2008 年下半年登場， Google 並與多家的科技及無線通訊廠商組成聯盟，正為「開放手機聯盟」 (Open Handset Alliance ； OHA) ，主要成員包括 Google 、 T-Mobile 、 HTC 、高通 (Qualcomm) 和摩托羅拉 (Motorola) 等 34 家廠商，主要對將會是微軟的 Windows Mobile 作業系統。

據 OHA 表示，目前全球約有 30 億的行動電話用戶，足見手機已成為今日不可或缺的個人化通訊裝置，相對地，開發商、無線網路業者及手機製造商之間的合作，亦須更加緊密，才能即時回應消費 者對行動裝置不斷提升的需求。 Android 將基於 Linux 作業系統開發，可讓開發商、無線網路業者及手機製造商能以較低的成本及更高的效率，加速推出創新的產品。這個前所有未的行動開發平台協助無線網路業者和手 機製造商，為客戶帶來更優質、更個人化以及更彈性的行動體驗。

OHA 由 34 家公司攜手創立，旨在發展技術，藉此大幅降低開發和銷售行動裝置及服務的成本， Android 平台是朝著這個方向發展的第一步，建立全面整合的行動「軟體堆疊」 (software stack) ，涵蓋操作系統、中介軟體、人性化介面和應用程式，以 Android 為基礎的行動電話預計將於 2008 年下半年推出。

其中最值得 注意的是， Intel 的 MID 裝置亦會加入 OHA 的一員，據 Intel 表示， Android 平台的開放式作業系統設計，將會為客戶帶來更多創意功能，而 MID 是計設給多平台的硬件，其中亦包括 Android ， Intel 歡迎 Google 進入手機市場，將會令這個業界產生良好的化學反應。

Android 平台將以最進步、方便開發者使用之一的開放源始碼授權形式推出，給予行動網路業者和裝置製造商極大的自由度和靈活彈性，設計各式各樣的產品。「開放手機聯盟」在下星期會推出一組軟體開發套件，讓開發者獲得所需要的工具，為平台開發創新的應用。

Google 董事長暨執行長 Eric Schmidt 表示， OHA 有助發揮行動技術的龐大潛力，讓全球數十億的使用者受惠。這種促進行動業創新的嶄新方式，將協助建立全新的電腦運算環境，徹底改變使用者在將來存取和共享 資訊的模式，相較於媒體於過去數星期猜測的任何一項「 Google 手機」計劃，要來得更有意義與前瞻性，此強大平台將會驅動數以千計的不同手機型號，提升使用者行動體驗。
